The President made statements during a meeting with Ramin Zeer and Marzier Afkhham, the new Iranian ambassadors to Nicaragua and Slovenia, respectively, as well as Reda Najafi, the new representative of the United Nations Office in Vienna (UNOV).
He expressed his hope that new envoys will enhance Iranian international exchanges in various fields, including economics, politics, culture, science and education.
Pezeshkian urged the ambassadors to present the true image of Iran in their host countries and face efforts that enhance the negative views of the Islamic Republic.
The newly appointed ambassadors also provided updates on Iran’s relations with international organizations and the countries in which they will serve.
