Form Askari, also the Deputy Minister of Economy, stated that non -oil foreign trade in the country recorded 11.2 percent growth compared to the corresponding period for the past year.
The volume of the country in non -oil trade was placed in the first 11 months of the current Iranian evaluation year (March 21, 2024 to February 20, 2025) at 176.102 million tons, indicating 9.2 percent growth compared to the same period last year.
Of a total of 53.376 billion dollars of non -oil trade in the country (with the export of oil, electricity, technical and engineering services), 63.606 billion dollars were linked to the products imported in the country during this period, whose average growth showed 19 and 5.6 percent in weight and value respectively.
He went on to say that Iran exported 6.6 billion dollars, $ 3.3 billion and $ 2.1 billion of natural gas, liquefied and methanol abroad, respectively.
