In a message to Takeshi iwaya on Wednesday, Araghchi also extended our congratulations to the people and government of Japan on this occasion.
In his message, he said that Iran and Japan have historical and friendly relations, adding that the deep ties between the two countries act as a platform to increase the expansion of bilateral relations, especially in the economy and trade.
Japan celebrates its national day on February 11, which represents the founding of the nation.
