Shaybani held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s special envoy to Syria Alexander Lavrentiv and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow on Friday.
At the bilateral meeting, officials discussed Shaibani and the Russians and consulting with the latest developments in the West Asia region, especially Syria.
Both sides emphasized their confirmation of their respect and fixed commitment to unity, sovereignty and premeditated Syria, the importance of international efforts to prove stability in this country in accordance with the aforementioned principle.
They also stressed their belief that internal issues in Syria should be resolved by the Syrian parties through comprehensive dialogue and the participation of all political, ethnic and religious currents.
