Iranian athletes and sports teams took third place in the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, known as Riyadh 2025, which concluded on Friday.
Türkiye and Uzbekistan ranked first and second.
ISG is a multi-continent sporting event organized by the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSA), and will be held from November 7 to 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event brought together more than 3,000 athletes from 57 countries, competing in 25 sports in a quest to achieve glory in one of the most important multi-sporting events in the Islamic world.
