Press TV reported that the non -profit NGO issued the announcement in a statement dealing with the special course on the rights of persons with disabilities who attended the 58th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
She said that Iranian women and girls with disabilities are still facing discrimination, poverty and lack of services, despite decades of different promises made to them.
“These obstacles are greater for women and girls with autism,” he added.
He stressed that the complex challenges resulting from threats and penalties made it difficult for them to obtain their basic rights and increase the need to take urgent action.
The organization has called for continuing to defend policies that will ensure the meaningful participation of women with disabilities in decision -making operations.
He pointed out that these policies will remove the urgent need for comprehensive education, employment and health care.
IAA has confirmed that the time has come for countries to manage decisive and implement full obligations in Beijing’s announcement of disabled persons and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
