These potatoes are not “combed ına to the bullets, but the roasting intensifies the potato aroma before roasting, forms a slightly thickened sauce that works perfectly with meat while cooking with cream.

Contents

  • 1kg washed potatoes

  • Salt, season

  • 30G salt -free butter, cube

  • 300ml thickened cream

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetables stock powder

Method

    Forced the oven 180c fan (200c traditional), place the potatoes on a striped baking tray and fry for 1 hour on the skin.

    Allow the potatoes to cool slightly, then chop roughly, chop the skin and all, and add to a roasting tray enough to suit all of them. Spice the potatoes with butter thoroughly with salt and dots. Mix the cream and stock powder, pour the mixture over the potatoes, then go back to the oven and cook for 30 minutes until the upper part is gold brown. If you want, put a grill to further anger the top of the potatoes, then serve.

Adam’s tip: We tend to think more than the potatoes. Usually there is too much peeling, sewing, wrapping and lubrication. All washed and unbearable potatoes are easy to roast and many tariffs are a great start.
