The company said that the companies affiliated with NIOC and operating units throughout the country are still active around the clock to ensure continued oil production, protecting facilities, and preventing or treating any possible damage.
NIOC stated that the Defense and Supreme Negative Crisis Committee holds regular meetings to assess the current situation and coordinate operational planning for future measures. These sessions, headed by Nioc President Hamid Boufard, are conducted at the highest levels and are specially designed for the advanced security scene.
The company confirmed that its employees and executives in the oil sector are working with a sense of national duty and urgency to maintain production and provide services without interruption.
The Iranian oil industry, which is the cornerstone of the national economy, feeds other economic sectors directly and indirectly. NIOC said the daily crude production of export and delivery to local refineries to process fuel is continuing without any delay or disturbances.
