Iran has developed ten satellites in the past years



“In the space industry, young Iranian scientists have been able to put at least ten satellites from local to the orbit near Earth during the past few years. This achievement shows our commitment to developing space technologies and exploring new horizons. Iran launched a local space program in 2004. The Islamic Republic is among the 24 founding members of the United Nations Committee on the peaceful uses of the outer space, which was established in 1959.
