Can chefs create simple enough recipes for home cooks?


Here is the difficulty we set out for the chefs of our favorite restaurants: find a simple recipe that shows chef skills and creativity but for an average home cook to make it.

Chefs with regular access to special materials, a preparatory chefs and dishwashers team are not easy to chop and cleanse and for years of education that allows them to easily deal with complex kitchen tasks.
