Al-Jazeera cited a report issued by Fox News that in turn, senior Pentagon officials were martyred as saying that the Yemeni forces, Ansar Allah, fired missiles from the surface to the air in an American F-16 fighter plane for the first time on February 19.

The network added that the talks are currently underway at the highest levels of the US military on the best strategy to deal with the Houthis.
Fox added that there is a dispute over the use of a traditional anti -terrorist approach or to launch continuous attacks against Ansar Allah.
The network added that one of the options discussed in those meetings N is to adopt a defensive approach with a focus on targeting the infrastructure of the government of the Yemeni government.
