The Tehran Times reported that Iran, which defeated South Korea 19-6 and China, 37-5 in the first two games, will play Japan on Thursday in Group B.
China, Kazakhstan, Singapore and Hong Kong in Group A, according to the Tehran Times.
Competition will be held in Chocing, China from February 25 to March 2.
The first two teams will secure their berth in the 2025 World Aquatics Championship, which will be held in Singapore from July 11 to August 3.
