The Tehran Times reported that Ali Mireshkari, Amir Hossein Akbari, Mehdi Shermohammadi, Mohammad Ali Mokhtari and Mohammad Moradi are competing for the men’s best player award.
Hamid Behzadpour has been shortlisted for the Men’s Best Goalkeeper and Ali Naderi is shortlisted for the Best Men’s Coach award.
This year’s award winners will be determined by a vote of coaches and captains of all football associations and national beach soccer member associations, and coaches and captains of beach soccer clubs that have participated in at least one of the following events: the Alghero 2024 Winners’ World Cup, or the 2024 Alghero Winners’ Cup El Salvador 2024, or the European Winners’ Cup Nazaré 2024, where voters cast their votes according to the “Football Stars Beach” regulations 2024 for the following categories:
Voting began on Thursday, January 23, 2025, and captains and coaches will have until Sunday, February 23, 2025 to cast their votes.
The winners of the aforementioned awards will be announced at the Beach Soccer Stars 2024 ceremony, with the date and location scheduled to be announced soon.
