HOCC president warned that companies that violate the new oil export will be added to the list of aggressors against Yemen, saying that the owned or managed ships that such companies will also refuse to pass through the critical territorial waters, including the Red Sea, the Bab Al -Manand Strait, the Gulf of Aden, the Arab Ocean, and the Indian Ocean.

The press statement added that the exemptions will be considered for humanitarian purposes or countries and companies that oppose American policies by submitting an application to the Yemeni government.
